Cozy restaurant, seats 20 to 30. The beef was super tender, the collard greens were delicious, and the yams were the jam. Stewart's grape soda in the bottle made it a perfect southern experience in North Jersey. My friend was also a big fan of the salmon and the Mac and cheese. If I had room, I would definitely have tried the Peach cobbler or banana pudding.

Came to have a small family dinner w/ my auntie, uncle, nieces & sister. Eileen was amazing and the food was even better !!!! If you want amazing 5 star soul food: LOOK NO FURTHER

My Wife and I visited on Sunday 2-9-25. Mrs. Cynthia at the front was was very nice and welcoming to us, Mrs. Eileen was absolutely amazing she greeted us with a big smile!! I told her i was hungry so While we were waiting for our food she brought us out some freshly fried chicken to snack on that was totally finger licking good. When our food came out it was hot, and fresh!! I had the catfish and it was seasoned to perfection!! My wife had the beef bbq.. We live in Tom's River so the drive was absolutely worth it!! We will definitely be coming back!! I Stongly recommend visiting this place you won't regret it!!

Stopped in today with the family after a day of fishing, the catfish, shrimp,collard greens, wings potato salad and mac n cheese were all excellent, oh and I cant forget the corn bread. Definitely recommend stopping in and trying their food we were very satisfied, and the staff were extremely friendly. Definitely recommend all the way around staff, food all of it.

Food is delicious!! Kids had chicken wings and mac and cheese ..I had boneless beef ribs, mac and cheese and yams!! The cornbread is sooo good as well.

This is my first time ever having Soul Food and OMG Eileen’s Soul Food is AMAZING!!! Her food definitely fed my soul. Everything had great flavors the portions are great. The banana pudding is great, the candied yam’s everything. I got a lil bit of everything, will definitely order here again. Seasoned rice, fried chicken, mac and cheese, potato salad, collard greens, cinnamon yams and for dessert banana pudding.

Stopped in today for lunch delicious. The fish was good. Mac & cheese was on point collard greens were nice. We’ll see me again. Thank you. Miss Ellen has a great personality.
